BEAUTIFUL MEDITATIONS BURY ST EDMUNDS

There is a force that looks after you and guides you. This force is called the higher self or spirit and once you establish the connection through meditation between you and this force miraculous things may happen in your life.

Meditation is a time-tested practice used by humanity to achieve a successful life, to help with physical, emotional, mental health and to develop spiritual awareness or so-called samadhi/nirvana.

I lead meditation workshops and webinars some of which are free for you to try. Also, I can be your personal meditation trainer/teacher to advance your meditation practice and to save time and money.

What is a Guided Meditation?

Can we compare a guided meditation with a traditional meditation? I will give you my answer here. A guided meditation is a combination of new age/gentle music, sound effects and a male and/or female voice. There are different forms of guided meditations available on the market. Some guided meditations take the listener into nature and beautiful places such as waterfalls, forests, tropical places and rivers. Other guided meditations focus on personal and spiritual development. Is there a comparison between a guided meditation and a traditional meditation? It depends on the individual! What does he/she prefer? Does he/she like a particular style of meditation? What elements appeal to that individual? The important thing in a meditation - guided or not is the concentration of attention. Our attention and full focus in a meditation will cause merging of our conscious mind with our spirit or higher self. After this, we may experience extraordinary states of mind such as silence or cosmic consciousness. Constant practice is the key to success in meditation, not a particular style! Let me repeat - it depends on the individual.
